Hey there

Let's breathe together. Decompress the times and return to ease. Tuesdays in the park, Thursdays on Zoom. Everyday making space for ourselves. In these sessions we start with intention setting, gentle movements and the use of the conscious breathwork method which includes shifting through 3 modes of breathing. In doing so we activate different parts of our nervous system, ultimately coming back home to ourselves. Cultivate safety within your body and subconscious by utilizing the most ancient medicine that has existed in you all along, your breath. Benefits include decreased stress, anxiety, release of tension, grief, increased focus, clarity, sleep quality and connection to self.
